Delivery
We offer delivery to eligible addresses in England, Wales and mainland Scotland, including the Scottish Highlands. For Northern Ireland and the Scottish islands, please contact hello@first-lift.co.uk before ordering to discuss whether delivery is possible and obtain a quote.
The delivery options shown at checkout are:
-
Standard delivery: £4.99, with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days. Standard delivery is free on orders of £300 or more.
-
Express delivery: £6.99, with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days.
These times are estimates for in-stock products and do not apply to pre-orders. Each pre-order product description gives our best estimate of its dispatch date. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay.
Some products may be dispatched from different locations, so items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels. First Lift remains responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or someone you have nominated to receive it.
